15 Hendrick Automotive Group dealerships made the list of “Best Dealerships To Work For” this year, the most in company history. The list ranks the top 100 best places to work in automotive retail.

Hendrick Automotive Group teammates across Charleston, South Carolina are thinking pink as they accept the challenge to raise $10,000 for the 2020 Komen Lowcountry MORE THAN PINK Walk in the fight against breast cancer. With 1 in 8 women diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime, many are currently facing unprecedented challenges due to COVID. So, whether it’s emotional support via Komen’s helpline, financial support, or help navigating their care journey, Komen is committed to be there to help.

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Collision Center in Norfolk, Virginia presented Deanna Bell with a car through the Recycled Rides™ program. The car will mean a new level of independence and stability for her family, which struggles to make ends meet.

Hendrick Motorsports' own William Byron will be driving a special car near and dear to team owner Rick Hendrick’s heart. The driver of the No. 24 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE will pilot a unique HendrickCars.com scheme from Hendrick Automotive Group for the next three races.

Starting at Talladega Superspeedway, fans can see the red, white and blue race car in action. The HendrickCars.com Chevy also will hit the track at the Charlotte roval and at Kansas Speedway.

Hendrick Automotive Group and our teammates have donated more than 205,500 individual holiday meal boxes through our company-wide meal drives, and we are continuing our support in an exciting new way this year. To prioritize the safety of everyone involved, and the needs food banks, we are taking our holiday meal drive online to provide financial support for community organizations fighting hunger.

Now through October 24, teammates can participate in the 2020 Virtual Thanksgiving Drive by donating through this program, and Hendrick Automotive Group will match funds raised!

In the 2020 Forbes study of best employers by state, Hendrick Automotive Group placed 24 out of 100 ranked in North Carolina. Hendrick Automotive Group is one of the few automotive retail organizations cited throughout the study, with the final list including 1,461 employers that received the greatest number of recommendations in each of the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

For its second annual ranking, Forbes partnered with market research company Statistica to survey 80,000 people at companies with 500+ employees to rank the organizations based on feedback.

Whether it’s taking place in person or in virtual classrooms, teachers and school administrators across the country are heading back to school, no matter what. And as part of our commitment to caring for communities, Hendrick Automotive Group is continuing to support local schools in whatever ways we can.

Hendrick Automotive Group dealerships in the Kansas City area came together to show support for Kansas City Public Schools with a surprise gift. The market area donated $20,000 to purchase virtual learning kits for every teacher in the district.

Audi and BMW have always enjoyed a level of friendly competition, but Audi of South Austin and BMW of South Austin always find ways to work together. In the Hendrick Automotive Group spirit of teamwork, the two dealerships both support a local Title I school, Del Valle High School.

BMW of South Austin and Audi of South Austin are involved with a variety of programs at the school, from hunger relief to teacher appreciation, but have had unique success in providing vehicles for different classes – a need that is often overlooked by those outside the automotive industry.
