(Sept. 26, 2021) – The Pro Stock points leader maintained his position in the standings as the NHRA tour departed World Wide Technology Raceway just outside of St. Louis, and now Greg Anderson is eager to get to the next event in Dallas with his HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro and pad his lead as the Camping World Drag Racing Series leans into the final turn of the 2021 season.

On Tuesday, September 7th, Hendrick Automotive Group hosted a playoffs kickoff party for local teammates to celebrate the success of the HendrickCars.com racing program headed into the end of the NASCAR and NHRA seasons. Corporate and dealership employees were invited to a private, socially distanced Fan Zone experience – right outside Hendrick Independence Center!

CONCORD, N.C. (Sept. 19, 2021) – The second race of NHRA's Countdown to the Championship playoffs nearly produced a victory for HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro Pro Stock pilot Greg Anderson. Even without a trophy for the driver who is already tied as the most winning in class history, the DEWALT NHRA Carolina Nationals were a fruitful affair, as Anderson retained and extended the points lead that he has not relinquished once all year.

MOHNTON, Pennsylvania (September 12, 2021) – Greg Anderson locked down his place in history this weekend with his 97th career win, tying the record for most winning Pro Stock driver in the NHRA.

On Saturday night at Richmond Raceway, Kyle Larson finished sixth in the 400-lap event and clinched a spot in the NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs Round of 12. The 29-year-old driver was scheduled to start from the pole position, but was forced to start from the rear of the field as a penalty since the No. 5 entry took three attempts to pass pre-race technical inspection. INDIANAPOLIS (September 5, 2021) – Greg Anderson wasn't willing to leave anything on the table at the 67th annual Dodge//SRT NHRA U.S. Nationals, and his skills behind the wheel of his HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro reflected that mission on Sunday at the biggest drag racing on the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series tour.

On Sunday at Darlington Raceway, Kyle Larson started sixth and finished second in the 500-mile event. The driver of the No. 5 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE finished second in stage one and first in stage two. Larson remains first in the playoff point standings, 80 markers ahead of the cut line.

Honda of Concord, Hendrick Acura, Hendrick Honda and Honda Cars of Rock Hill all hosted employee fundraisers to benefit Black Mountain Home for Children, Youth and Families and its chapter of NYPUM, the National Youth Project Using Minibikes. NYPUM is a national partner of Honda that uses mini bikes and trail riding to develop leadership, life skills and mentor relationships for under-served youth.

On Sunday on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course, Kyle Larson started fourth and finished third. The driver of the No. 5 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE led a race-high 28 laps and built a 4.5-second lead before a caution waved with eight laps to go in the scheduled distance of 82 laps. Late-race contact sent Larson into the grass, but he recovered to secure his series-high 13th top-five finish of 2021 in a race that was extended 13 laps past its scheduled distance.
