Its Charlotte race week and we’re celebrating locally with the community.

Approximately 100 students welcomed defending Charlotte Motor Speedway road coarse winner Kyle Larson to their automotive tech department at Harding University High School on Friday afternoon.

It’s NASCAR race week in Charlotte, North Carolina. And we’re celebrating our final Home race of the season with the fans!

The third race of the 2022 NHRA Countdown to the Championship left Greg Anderson and the HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro team wanting a whole bunch more. Anderson was stellar in qualifying and picked up a slew of bonus points, but come race day, he was halted in the second round. 

Kyle Larson started on the front row in second and in front of teammates from Hendrick Chevrolet Hoover, Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Hendrick Subaru in Sunday’s 500-mile Home race at Talladega Superspeedway and came home with an 18th-place result. 

In Sunday’s Home race at Texas Motor Speedway and in front of teammates from Hendrick Volkswagen Frisco and Honda Cars of McKinney, Kyle Larson started and finished the 500-mile event from the ninth position, securing his 16th top-10 finish of the season. 

Greg Anderson and the HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro came to zMAX Dragway with one mission: to win the race on sponsor Rick Hendrick's home turf. 

In honor of Greg Anderson’s 100th career win, which he captured at Indianapolis Raceway Park two weeks ago, Rick Hendrick, alongside Vice President of GM Performance & Motorsports Jim Campbell, hosted the all-time most winningest Pro Stock driver, his extended family and the KB Racing team to a congratulatory luncheon at the Hendrick Motorsports campus.

Greg Anderson is coming home to Charlotte after a semifinals conclusion to the Pep Boys NHRA Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway, and he and his HendrickCars.com crew are fired up to tap back into proven KB Racing power and make their mark on home turf.

Kyle Larson started and finished fifth in Saturday night's 500-lap race at Bristol Motor Speedway, which was good enough to advance the No. 5 team to the next round in the playoffs. 

Defending NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Larson and sponsor HendrickCars.com have extended their relationships with Hendrick Motorsports after agreeing to concurrent contracts that run through the 2026 racing season.
