Capitalizing on a pair of late-race strategy calls, Kyle Larson delivered his second win of the 2023 season in Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway.

 

After rain washed out Friday’s lone practice session, Kyle Larson won his heat in Saturday’s qualifying races and earned the most passing points to claim the pole for Sunday’s annual race on dirt at Bristol Motor Speedway.  

Kyle Larson captured his first victory of the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season at Richmond Raceway on Sunday afternoon – our third consecutive Home race of the season.

Greg Anderson does not know what to do with a first-round loss. The most winning driver in the history of Pro Stock has 101 national event victories in the ultra-competitive Pro Stock category, and his round win-loss record is an astounding 915-394. On Sunday at the 63rd annual Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals, though, he was the victim of a mechanical malfunction that sent him home way, way too early.

Greg Anderson and his NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series competitors said goodbye to Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park on Sunday on the final day of the 38th annual NHRA Arizona Nationals. Spire Motorsports announced today seven-time NASCAR Cup Series race winner Alex Bowman will return to the seat of the team’s No. 7 Chevrolet Silverado for the March 25 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Circuit of the Americas (COTA) and the May 20 Truck Series race at North Wilkesboro Speedway. 

In our first Home race of the season and in his 300th NASCAR Cup Series start, Kyle Larson ran a solid race at Atlanta Motor Speedway but was collected in a late-race incident that resulted in a 31st-place finishing position.

The 2023 rendition of the Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals was a curious assortment of highs and lows for Greg Anderson, driver of the HendrickCars.com Chevrolet Camaro. After a somewhat disheartening qualifying outcome, Anderson came into race day with a car that he knew could go rounds. 

Kyle Larson’s visit to Phoenix Raceway started off with a bang, with the No. 5 HendrickCars.com Chevrolet being strong out of the gate, taking the top spot during Saturday’s lone practice session followed by earning the pole for Sunday’s 312-lap showdown.
