Hendrick Lexus Northlake of Charlotte, North Carolina captured a 2023 Dealer of the Year Award from DealerRater, a review and reputation management platform and a Cars.com company.

The award recognizes dealerships throughout the United States and Canada whom exceed expectations across numerous customer service metrics.

In total, DealerRater collected more than 1.1 million online customer reviews in 2022, and among Lexus shoppers, Hendrick Lexus Northlake came out as the most highly rated. The award is based on the dealerships that receive 25 reviews or more and are evaluated on categories such as customer service, quality of work, friendliness, pricing and overall experience. The scoring algorithm considers a dealership’s average “DealerRater” star rating as well; as the total number of reviews were written about the dealership during the 2022 calendar year.
