BMW of Murrieta celebrates "Center of Excellence" award 

BMW of Murrieta (California) recently celebrated the dealership’s ninth “Center of Excellence” award with a very special employee luncheon. General Manager Raymond Herrera were on hand to recognize one of the biggest honors a dealership can achieve.



“As the primary point of contact with customers, our dealers play a critical role in representing our brand and shaping the customer experience,” said Sebastian Mackensen, President and CEO, BMW of North America. “On behalf of our entire team, I’d like to congratulate this year’s winners and thank them for their tireless efforts, leadership, and commitment to excellence.”


The Center of Excellence awards are the highest honor a BMW center can receive for overall customer satisfaction and operational performance.

The Center of Excellence Award recognizes the top-performing BMW dealerships in the United States, and covers a variety of key performances indicators, including sales, customer experience, operations, service, and parts. Only 32 BMW dealerships of 349 received the 2023 Center of Excellence.
