Hendrick Automotive Group once again leads the automotive industry in online reputation. For the seventh-consecutive year, the company ranked No. 1 among all public and private dealership groups in the country for online reputation, according to Reputation.com.
Each year, Reputation.com evaluates automotive dealership groups across North America based on a proprietary Reputation Score, combining AI-powered analysis with publicly available data to measure performance across the key online categories of sentiment, visibility, and engagement.
In the newly released industry report, Hendrick Automotive Group earned a Reputation Score of 880 – the highest among all dealership groups and 78 points ahead of the next closest finisher – while leading sentiment and visibility among all measured groups and achieving the second-highest engagement score.
In addition to dealership groups, Reputation.com surveyed U.S. dealerships independently, scoring and ranking them in a similar fashion. This year’s results included Hendrick Automotive Group dealerships earning each of the top-three spots, notably led by Hendrick Lexus Charleston (SC), which ranked as the top individual dealership in the country with an impressive score of 956. In total, 32 Hendrick dealerships achieved a score of 908 or higher to make the top 100, including nine in the top 20 and six finishing No.1 for their respective brands.
