More than 500 volunteers packed over 57,000 meals, sorted food items and provided any support requested by partner food banks. Highlighted by the largest single-day “Sort-a-Rama” event in company history hosted by Charlotte’s
Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.

“There’s no better way to celebrate our leader Mr. Hendrick’s birthday than give back to the community,” said Hendrick Automotive Group President Jeffrey Brown (J.B.) to the gathered volunteers on the campus of Hendrick Motorsports in Concord, North Carolina. “Serving the community is such a big part of who we are as a company.”
