Incredible experience purchasing from Monty and BMW of South Austin/Hendrick. From the greeting at reception to the test drive, paperwork and financing meeting, a 5 star experience. Monty took great care in helping us select the right vehicle and made the car buying experience fun and easy! Purchased my first ever BMW from here less than a week ago, an X3: Alpine White w/ Cognac interior. Did lots of research before going to the dealership so we knew what we wanted and the price point. Worked with David Townsend on a deal and drove off the lot with the one we wanted the same day. David was very friendly and accommodating. Very happy with the level of service he provided. They also gave me a fair value for my trade-in which helped seal the deal!

Giuseppe was a real treat to work with. We weren't sure what kind of experience we would receive going to a BMW dealership. When we met Giuseppe while he was shoveling snow and ice from the walkway. We didn't know he would be our sales advisor until he opened the door, shook our hands and said "how can I help?" Knowing that he would help in any capacity around the job gave us a really good feeling. Giuseppe was kind, made us feel comfortable and was pleasant to visit with. He walked us through the buying process with listening ears and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. He answered all of our questions and was receptive to our needs. We left with a really great feeling. Thank you so much Giuseppe!!!! Also a shoutout to Dakota. When Giuseppe was not there, due to his day off, she answered all my questions about the car I was purchasing and made me even more confident that I was purchasing the right car from the right place. Sales and service departments were both great to work with. I bought a used X7, after taking home there were some issues, my sales guy had me bring it in. He looked over everything with me, then his manager came and looked everything over. Josh was able to get me right in with service to find dates that worked for me to have a loaner car. Service was very efficient and addressed all concerns I had.

I recently purchased a BMW from this dealership (2 months ago) and had a fantastic experience. We are from GA but we found a better selection and prices for BMW in NC and decided to buy it here since it’s only 4h drive from Atlanta. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated the follow-up from Manager Nick. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this dealership for a seamless car-buying journey. We also got extended warranty and extra tires warranty, basically found everything we needed in one place!

I love this dealership! I haven’t purchased a car here, but you know you can always assess by the way the back of the house operates. Their service department is top notch! I’m always greeted and treated, as if my time is valued. My service adviser, Jesse is always going above and beyond. The mechanics are thorough, always sending me a video inspection after the job is done. You can not go wrong with service at Hendrick BMW on Independence! I highly recommend them and wouldn’t take my Bimmer anyplace else.

James Kerr was OUTSTANDING!!! I worked with him initially from out-of-state. I would email and call him daily with multiple questions. He was extremely knowledgeable! When I arrived in South Carolina, he was professional and committed to providing exceptional service! The whole Hendrick team was phenomenal! Alex facilitated the purchase, in a professional and considerate manner. Jerry patiently walked me through finance, explaining in detail every step of the process.
