Hendrick Automotive Group continues to lead the way for online reputation. For a fifth(!) consecutive year, our company is the No. 1 rated (public or private) dealership for online reputation in the country.

The newly released independent Reputation.com survey of more than 20,000 automotive dealerships and brands found Hendrick Automotive Group scored the highest among all dealership groups with 869 points, 46 ahead of the next closest competitor, recording the highest in both sentiment and visibility, a single point behind No. 1 in overall engagement.

“Our team strives to provide a world-class experience for our guests, and this achievement validates their hard work,” said Rick Hendrick, Chairman and CEO, Hendrick Automotive Group “Hendrick Automotive Group is a company committed to putting our people first. By taking care of them, we believe they will in turn take excellent care of our clients. To be named as the top dealer group for five consecutive years is a tremendous honor for all 11,000 of our teammates. We are so proud to see their efforts recognized.”

The annual report conducted by the data science team at Reputation.com analyzed dealerships and brands in the United States and Canada, drawing on customer feedback from Google, Facebook, Twitter and other online sources. The rankings are based on a proprietary Reputation Score, which looks at a business’s sentiment, visibility and engagement across nine elements ranging from the volume of reviews accumulated for a business to its star average.
