Recently bought a car at Hendrick Volvo of Charleston and it was a fantastic experience! Can’t recommend Hendrick enough if you are looking to test drive or purchase (a) car. I worked with Bob and he was top notch!!! I let him know ahead of arrival what I was interested in and he had the cars pulled up front and waiting! Bob was thorough in his explanations of the features the cars possessed and allowed me ample time to explore and test drive the cars with absolutely no pressure what-so-ever.
Once I decided on the car, Will in financing was fantastic. He was quick, as requested and did not waste my time. Again, he thoroughly explained all papers and answered all questions.
Prior to driving away, my car was completely cleaned, detailed and Bob took the time to pair my phone with my car and made sure each feature (there are sooo many) was set to my exact preferences.
Here we are two days later and Bob called just to check in and be sure there were no questions or concerns and that I was fully satisfied with my experience.

Service Advisor Matt Goda wins the Employee of the Year Award in my household! My S60 has 89,000 miles on it nd began having oil consumption/engine problems six months ago. Long story short ... Matt was kind, compassionate, meticulous with details of the service needs, excellent and thorough with accurate and timely communication and persistent with follow through. I have no doubt it is because of Matt's willingness to go the extra mile that I am still driving my S60. I have been a Hendrick Volvo customer since 2008. I am now a forever customer. Truly a wonderful experience at Hendrick Volvo of Charleston. I reached out via chat on a Thursday evening requesting availability on a certified vehicle. Tim F. reached out first thing Friday morning, confirmed availability and answered all my questions. We scheduled a time for me to stop by late Friday afternoon to meet with Trevor S. Tim sent a link so I could start the paperwork in advance to reduce time if the car met my expectations. When I arrived, Trevor greeted me and everything was prepared. Trevor is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Car was as described (perhaps even better than I anticipated), detailed and ready for a test drive. After I reviewed the details and paperwork with Trevor, Will in Finance was organized and had secured a rate competitive to my credit union. I was out the door in under 2 hours including a tutorial on the vehicle from Trevor and could have been quicker but I ask a lot of questions. I highly recommend Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston and with a no pressure, friendly team.

Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston is the only place I would by a car. Their service and knowledge is above and beyond. I have had only one major issue with my XC60 in the 4 years I’ve owned it and when I called to make an appointment with the service department they were experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Damon Delaney is my sales consultant and he is so well-informed and professional. Whenever I have any questions or concerns, he is very prompt, courteous, and patient when he responds. I have had my car for 4 years and throughout all the years he has called me several times a year just to see how everything is going and if I have any questions. He even sends me a birthday card every year! When I bought my car Damon was so genuine and honest it made the whole process clear and easy. I completely trust and recommend Damon Delaney and Hendrick Volvo Cars of Charleston.

Had excellent experience at Hendrick Volvo Feb 24. We are from Syracuse, New York and after arriving in Charleston the Check Engine light came on our Volvo S90. We were able to schedule an appointment within the week with Hendrick. Our assigned technician effectively and efficiently identified the problem and replaced the faulty part. Ronnie Odegaard , our Service Adviser, kept us informed, clearly explaining the issue, advising us as to cost, and advising us of the estimated time to make the repair. Ronnie and his team from the technician to the administrative staff were courteous, professional and helpful. We would highly recommend their service department.
