My recent experience was incredible as usual. John Bowyer listened to what I thought I needed, thoroughly discussed what I did need, and then referred me to Sherry Blake in the service department. The absolute truth is she is the best service person I have ever encountered. She made arrangements, discussed new tires and needed repairs, and was always available for questions. Carlos was also outstanding, making sure I was getting what I needed. I plan to keep my Audi so I can continue using the service department! LOL!

Hands down, my best car buying experience. Marcio has been absolutely wonderful. Spent a lot of time with me going over the car options, addressed all my questions and the "numbers" process was easy and honest. I have bought 3 Audis from John Boyer and Craig and the guys at Audi South Austin. I live Way North in Leander and refuse to go to Audi North Austin because of how I have been treated there in the past.

So, I went to the guy's at Hendrick Group Audi South Austin. Lauren in service knows me on a first-name basis and always goes the extra mile for my service calls on my cars.

They have sold me (and kept me loyal) to the brand and it has purely been because of the way the staff there treats customers as well as how fine the Audi brand is to begin with! If you're looking for the Royal Treatment, look no further!

We had a great experience with Audi South Austin and specifically from Chris Alters. We were shopping for a new car and he made it a great, no pressure experience. We discussed the various options and availability of certain models due to supply chain issues. He checked around multiple dealerships to see if they had the exact model we wanted before we decided to place an order directly through him. He made himself available and answered all our questions via text and via calls and put us at ease throughout the whole process. We were able to select all our options and he spoke to us about the available features. He kept us informed on when the car was being built, he kept us informed at each stage and when the car would be loaded for overseas transit. Even when the ship sank, he quickly gave us updates to ensure us the car would be rebuilt to our spec without further action required from us. He kept in touch while the car was being built and shipped again. When we went to pick it up, he provided white glove service and made sure everything was correct and we were satisfied with the car. We didn't feel pressured like at most other dealerships and Chris and the team were transparent about the costs, options, availability and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Most dealerships would try to add "required" add ins and mark ups but not here. Would recommend Chris and the team at Audi South Austin - looking forward to another purchase with them.
