Hendrick Automotive Group is proud to be named the #1 dealer group in online reputation for the second year in a row, based on a recent survey by Reputation.com.

Recording an overall online reputation score of 803, Hendrick Automotive Group was the only dealership group, public or private, to score higher than 80% in all three primary categories surveyed: sentiment (81%), visibility (84%), and engagement (99%). The number one overall score was 86 points higher than the company’s next closest national competitor for online reputation.

Additionally, the report listed Hendrick Automotive Group as the top-scoring privately held dealership group nationally, besting the second-place finishers by an impressive 94 overall points.

Being recognized with the number-one overall ranking is only possible because of their dedication to our customers and to one another.”

Highlighted by Hendrick Lexus Charlotte’s second-place finish, Hendrick Automotive Group dealerships earned four of the top five, and seven of the top-11 positions in the survey’s national Top 100 individual rankings. According to the report, dealerships that earned a spot on this exclusive list represent the top .05% of individual stores surveyed throughout the U.S.
