Hendrick Automotive Group has officially completed a major expansion of its Hendrick Northlake Auto Mall. The North Charlotte campus now features six luxury franchises following the opening of two new dealerships: Land Rover Northlake (10000 Eastfield Road) and Hendrick Acura Northlake (10020 Eastfield Road).
The expansion also includes Hendrick Collision Northlake. Spanning nearly 100,000 square feet, the facility is the largest collision center in the company’s portfolio. It features 80 repair bays, holds 22 manufacturer certifications and has earned I-CAR Gold Class recognition by meeting rigorous training requirements for collision repair professionals.
Hendrick Collision NorthlakeTogether, the three new facilities have added 126 jobs, bringing total employment at Hendrick Northlake Auto Mall to more than 540 people. Land Rover Northlake opened today, Sept. 1, while Hendrick Acura Northlake opened Aug. 1 and Hendrick Collision Northlake began operations in May.

Land Rover Northlake
Hendrick Northlake Auto Mall opened in April 2012 with three dealerships along Northlake Auto Plaza Boulevard: Hendrick BMW Northlake, Hendrick Lexus Northlake and Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. Audi Northlake joined the campus in April 2014.

Hendrick Acura Northlake
With the addition of Hendrick Acura Northlake and Land Rover Northlake, executive general manager Tyler Johnson now oversees seven luxury dealership locations across greater Charlotte. Brian Kauffman has been promoted from pre-owned manager at Hendrick BMW Northlake to retail operations manager of Hendrick Acura Northlake. Joseph Burka has been promoted from new-car sales manager at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake to retail operations manager of Land Rover Northlake. Both report to Johnson.
