Each year, the Automotive News Best Dealerships To Work For program celebrates dealerships that create exceptional workplace environments where people can grow, thrive, and succeed. In 2026, seven Hendrick Automotive Group dealerships were named among the program’s honorees.

Now in its 15th year, the annual awards program recognizes the top 150 dealerships across the United States that build strong cultures and invest in the success of their people through training, technology, and leadership development.
The list is compiled through a two-part process that evaluates dealerships using confidential employee surveys and management information. Together, the results offer a comprehensive look at each dealership’s policies and practices, as well as overall employee satisfaction.
